I’ve coached hundreds of runners over the last 15 years and some of my highlights include:

  • supporting reluctant runners to become consistent and motivated

  • working with runners on realistic, smart goals so they can achieve their running dreams injury free!

  • encouraging runners to be self reliant

I’m really proud to be a qualified UK Athletics RUN COACH Level 3 and work as a Coach Developer and Assessor with Scottish Athletics.  Also I’m a YTT500 Yoga Instructor

I have been running consistently for over 25 years.  I love exploring on my runs and keep myself motivated with new challenges.   I can’t wait to share my TOP TIPS with you!
